Sound Connection is speciaal ontwikkeld voor de Nederlandse (symfonie)orkesten om nieuwe medewerkers kennis te laten maken met het Nederlandse orkestlandschap. In een aantal bijeenkomsten wordt ingegaan op de verschillende aspecten van de orkestorganisatie, zoals het belang van persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het duurzaam functioneren van musici en medewerkers. Deelname is betaald, inschrijving gaat via de orkesten. Alle deelnemers hebben een inlog om verder te gaan.
Sound Connection was developed especially for Dutch (symphony) orchestras to introduce new staff members to the Dutch orchestral landscape. In a number of meetings the different aspects of orchestral organization are discussed, such as the importance of personal development and the sustainable functioning of musicians and staff. Participation is paid, registration goes through the orchestras. All participants have a login to proceed.
